Meet Shaniah Phillips, our dynamic Client Support Specialist at APlus, whose journey is as colorful as her interests. Shaniah’s career kicked off at a bustling call center, where she quickly became a troubleshooting maestro, assisting countless employees with her sharp problem-solving skills and empathetic approach. She then seamlessly transitioned into a timekeeping role, further refining her expertise in managing intricate payroll systems.
But Shaniah’s talents extend far beyond the office. She holds an Associate Degree in computer graphics programming, where she immersed herself in the world of 2D and 3D modeling and animation for video games. Her artistic flair and technical prowess make her a creative force to be reckoned with, bringing innovative solutions and fresh perspectives to the APlus team.
Outside of work, Shaniah’s life is a vibrant tapestry of creativity and compassion. A devoted animal lover, she’s the proud caretaker of three lively dogs, a curious cat, a giant pixie frog, a slithery snake, two whimsical Pacman frogs, and an aquarium full of shimmering fish.
