Robyn Beckman, our dedicated Chief Operating Officer, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for operational excellence to the team. Starting her career as our first Customer Service Representative (CSR) in 2006, Robyn has climbed the ranks through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Robyn holds a degree in Accounting from Missouri State University, establishing a strong foundation for her professional journey. Over the years, she has earned several key certifications that highlight her expertise:
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
These qualifications underscore her deep understanding of payroll and human resources, making her an indispensable part of our leadership team.
Outside of work, Robyn is just as dynamic. She enjoys running 10-12 miles each week, keeping her energized and focused. Tennis is another one of her passions, offering both physical activity and fun. Robyn’s creative side shines through her piano playing, providing a harmonious balance to her busy life.
Robyn and her husband, Adam, love exploring new restaurants, turning dining into delightful adventures. Their Maltipoo dog, Maddie, also gets plenty of attention, with Robyn enjoying the process of training and bonding with her.

Her strategic vision and attention to detail ensure smooth operations and innovative solutions, which only benefit our clients, many of whom have relied on her expertise for many years.
