“Customer service is transactional. Black and white. Doing the job with competence and efficiency. Having a ‘hospitality heart’ adds the color to any interaction and that’s what I try to achieve every day. To bring a little color to the party whether it be making people feel good about the job they are doing or encouraging others to burn brighter. Watching clients grow from a handful of employees to several hundred or even thousand is so rewarding. Knowing we’ve played our small part in their success is glorious. That’s what gets me up in the morning..that and coffee, obviously.” 🙂
