In a perfect world, you would look to switch at the end of the year, starting January 1, when you have no YTD data to transfer, but since none of us live in a perfect world, the end of any Quarter is the next best time. 

Of course, if you call us up and say “I need to get going as soon as possible”, we will be happy to oblige! We’ll work closely with you to make sure any transition is as smooth as it can be.
